You will be required to do a number of different assessments which depend on the role for which you have applied. More details (such as the time required to complete the assessments) will be provided in due course. The assessments are clearly explained at the beginning and there are practice examples so that you know exactly what you need to do before starting.
The assessment results will be visible only to those team members who are directly involved in your recruitment process. Within our business structure, this includes the Human Resources team and relevant hiring team leader/s. Your results will also be made available to the relevant Company MD and the Group CEO, who will likely refer to them only if you progress to further interviewing. All assessment results are interpreted and controlled by a registered I/O Psychologist, in accordance with the guidelines laid out by the Health Professions Council of South Africa.
