About the Role

As a Sales Operations Executive, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales teams and ensuring that sales goals and objectives are achieved. You will be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve Key Performance Indicators (i.e. Growth, OTIF, etc.) develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and lead the sales and operational teams to ensure that goals are achieved.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools, with the ability to leverage technology to improve sales processes and efficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
• Proactive and self-motivated individual with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and demonstrate flexibility in approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales operations, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and techniques.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and revenue metrics.

Responsibilities

Sales Operations Executive Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that align with business objectives.
• Manage and optimise the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage.
• Optimise supply chain i.r.t. nominated order and delivery days, ensuring OTIF service levels are met.
Analyse sales data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and insights on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Champion the streamlining and automation processes within the sales function.
• Develop and maintain sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring sales performance against targets and providing recommendations for improvements.
• Provide sales support and guidance to the team, including training on sales tools, processes, and techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Warehouse and Distribution, to ensure alignment and seamless coordination in achieving sales objectives.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Develop and train team members for operational excellence.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and stay updated on industry trends.
