Our Recruitment Process

Hexagon Recruitment, we have turned the recruitment process on its head. Unlike most recruitment companies, we do not accept CV submissions. Should you wish to apply, you need to do so through the website. To do this, please follow the instructions below.

  1. To apply for a Hexagon Vacancy, locate the advert on our website and click on the “read more” button to open up the advert on a full page. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the “apply now” button to apply for the role.

  2. You will be redirected to the Odyssey website and prompted to sign up. Please write down your username and password for future reference.

  3. Once you have signed up, you will be asked a number of screening questions. These screening questions take a few minutes to complete and come before the assessment – they are not the assessment itself (which can take 1–3 hours to complete).

    a. If you successfully pass the screening questions, you will be notified that you meet the criteria to be considered for the role. You will then be invited to continue and complete the online assessment.

    b. If you do not pass the screening questions, you will be notified that you do not meet the criteria to be considered for the role, and that your application was not successful this time around.*

  4. Assessment results are then reviewed, and we contact the top scorers to request their CVs. Should your CV be shortlisted, you will hen be invited to start our interview process.

Unfortunately, due to the high number of applicants, we are not currently able to decline all unsuccessful applicants. Should you receive no feedback from Hexagon Recruiting within two weeks of completing your online assessment, kindly consider your application unsuccessful.

*If you did not pass the screening questions, please feel free to review the job specs for other adverts on the websites – you might find that there are other jobs you can apply for.
